In the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), the present suit has been filed by the plaintiff seeking relief of permanent injunction against the defendant. The plaintiff has stated that he is the lawful owner and in peaceful possession of the property situated at Ward No. 12, measuring approximately 250 square yards. It is further submitted that the defendant, without any right, title, or interest, has attempted to interfere with the possession of the plaintiff on several occasions. The plaintiff contends that the cause of action arose on 15th March 2024, when the defendant allegedly tried to encroach upon a portion of the property by placing construction material without prior consent. The plaintiff immediately objected to such illegal activity and reported the matter to the local authorities. However, no effective action was taken, compelling the plaintiff to approach this Hon’ble Court.
